Tori Rose Lehrer

Fascial Stretch Therapy & Strength Training

As Body Movement Ink Magazines (AKA: The BMI Network) continues to grow, we begin by expanding into New York
with our very own: New York Tori!!! Tori Rose Lehrer is a certified personal trainer and Frederick (Fascial) Stretch Therapist. She works primarily at a gym called Institute 3E in East Meadow, NY as a strength coach and FST practitioner working with athletes, most of whom are hockey players. She has worked with a variety of pro and semi pro athletes such as players in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, D1, all the way through juniors and youth. That’s quite the mix of athletes to train and stretch!

Athletes at her gym train based on the phase the program is in and the time of year, according to their sport. With assessment and progress tracking included, training ranges from structural balance to strong man to olympic lifting and more. It all depends on the athlete and their needs. As a complement to their training, the fascial stretch therapy that
Tori offers allows her athletes to attain a greater range of motion, which in turn, leads to more efficient training and strength gain. FST has also assisted her clients in rehabilitat- ing quicker to get back into their sport. Tori emphasizes how FST helps her athletes to have overall better performance.

Since Frederick Stretch Therapy is a cutting edge fascial stretch brand, a lot of people are unfamiliar with its benefits. Tori notes how once her athletes lay down on the table for a stretch they’re like “Oh I’m hooked!” Tori will be doing some sample stretches on new clients to allow them to check it out. Meanwhile, her current athletes will continue to receive this amazing stretch technique to keep up with maintenance and to improve their performance. Scan the QR code to see her full interview!
