Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring payment plan at any time by following the steps below. Please note that cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the current cycle.

To cancel your recurring payment plan, please follow these steps:

  2. Follow the steps on the screen.
  3. Click on Cancel Plan.
  4. You may renew at any time by taking the same three steps.

Please allow up to five business days for the cancellation to take effect. If you have any trouble cancelling your recurring payment plan, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
